As a company grows it’s very easy for its website to become obsolete or outdated. This is especially true if the website incorporates external services.
For a while now our Support Centre, which is based on Zendesk, has felt like the poor cousin and hasn’t really fitted in with rest of our site. Well no more. We’ve been working hard over the Christmas break to make sure it fits in seamlessly with the rest of the site, and we are very pleased with the result.
